I wanted to do something special for my oldest son in 2010 and I get surprise of all you can make with sugar and other few ingredients. I’m still learning so join me so we can learn together.

Hola soy Margarita y estoy explorando el arte de la decoracion de pasteles y galletas, los invito a acompañarme. Empece en la decoracion de pasteles y galletas por accidente. Queria hacer algo especial para el cumpleaños de mi hijo mayor en 2010 y quede sorprendida de todo lo que puedes hacer con azucar y algunos otros pocos ingredientes. Sigo aprendiendo asi que acompañenme para aprender juntos.

Poppies – wafer paper flowers

One of the easier and faster cake I have ever made but one of my favorites. The vibrant and bold colors match the personality of the lady that inspired it. Chinese Year of the Horse Cookies

Cookies for the Year of the Horse in 2014, never have the opportunity to share here in my blog. Enjoy them. One of the first times I used shadows to enhance the details in the horse face. Chinese Koi Fish Cookies

More Chinese cookies! I’m not sure but is probably the color combination that attract me to Chinese symbols and today I will show you how I make these staple of Chinese culture the Koi fish that represent Harmony and Happiness and is tied to the Ying Yang symbol.

Conchas Mexican sweet bread

I bake conchas for the first time and they turn out delicious. From all bread I made lately these mini conchas are at the top, they turn out soft, spongy, not too sweet and with a really nice flavor .
