Mmmmm . . . cakes, cookies and other sweets

I prepared this Plants vs. Zombie cake for a friend’s 9th birthday. I didn’t know anything about the game, well not even know that existed until I ask what was his favorite hobbies. I learn that he loved to play this game in his father iPad.

I research a little bit on the web, ask some question to other friends that like the game and played a little bit just to get in the mood to make the cake.

Actually I found out that this video game is very popular.

My friend really like the cake and it seems like other Plants vs. Zombies game fans did too because the cake was just feature in the  Plants vs. Zombies Facebook Page linked from Between the Pages Blog.

In their post they have a better description of the characters in the cake that I could ever make.

I’m really happy that 3,196 fans of the FB page like it and 356 comment on it. Amazing for less than 3 days that has been posted.

I also get some emails asking for my location to see if they can order one. Thanks everybody!!!

Hice este pastel the Plantas vs. Zombies para el cumpleaños 9 de un amiguito. No sabia nada acerca del juego, bueno ni siquiera que existia hasta que pregunte cual era su pasatiempo favorite. Me dijeron que le encanta jugar este juego en el iPad de su papa.

Investigue un poco en internet, hice algunas preguntas a otros amigos a los que tambien les gusta el juego y por ultimo jugue un poco para estar en sintonia para hacer el pastel.

Tambien descubri que el video juego es bastante popular.

A mi amiguito le gusto mucho y parece que a otros fans del juego tambien porque el pastel acaba de ser publicado en la Plants vs. Zombies pagina de  Facebook ligado del blog Between the Pages

En su articulo ellos tienen una major descripcion de los personajes en mi pastel de la que yo pudiera hacer jamas.

Estoy muy contenta de que 3,196 fans de la pagina de Facebook les gusto y 356 comentaron al respecto. Para mi son numeros sorprendente para menos de 3 dias que ha estado publicado.

Recibi hasta correos electronicos preguntandome donde vivo para ver si pueden ordenar un pastel igual. Gracias a todos !!!
